Please read the following carefully! Your access to and use of the Sites is subject to legally binding terms and conditions which you accept and agree to by accessing the Sites.

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) form a binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between you and Syzygy Creations, Inc., a corporation operating out of the State of California (“Radiance Sutras School of Meditation”). Radiance Sutras School of Meditation may modify, amend, supplement and replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing you with advance notice. Your continued use of the Sites after any change means you have accepted the changed Terms and Conditions.

1. Copyright. All materials created by Radiance Sutras School of Meditation on the Sites are protected by United States copyright laws as original works. The absence of a registered copyright symbol does not mean that such materials are not protected as belonging to Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. 
2. Links to Third Party Websites. The Sites may contain links to third party websites. All such linked Sites, materials and pages are not under the control of Radiance Sutras School of Meditation and Radiance Sutras School of Meditation is not responsible for the content contained in any linked website nor for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of the use of any third party website. Radiance Sutras School of Meditation accepts no liability for any errors or omissions contained in third party websites. These links are provided to improve your use of the Sites, enable you to connect with Radiance Sutras School of Meditation on various platforms, help Radiance Sutras School of Meditation offer the easiest services for you and conduct transactions. 
3. Use License. If Radiance Sutras School of Meditation has materials on the Sites which you can download, permission is granted to download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only.    • Digital products are non-refundable.
   • Tuition for Lifetime Members of the Radiance Sutras School of Meditation is non-refundable.
   • Refund policies for live online courses and Meditation Teacher Trainings vary. The specific terms and conditions for these offerings will be outlined in the Course Agreement provided in the shopping cart for each course. 
5. Disclaimer. Our goal is to share information in an informative, open, and honest way. That being said, any information and services provided on or through the Sites is for informational and educational purposes only. What we share is the opinion and perspective of Radiance Sutras School of Meditation.  The information and education is not intended or implied to supplement or replace professional advice. Before taking any action, please make sure you consult with a professional. 
6. No Guarantees. We do not guarantee any specific results or benefits from using our Sites, products, or services. As participation in our Online Courses and programs is an independent study arrangement, the outcomes depend entirely on your personal effort and engagement. While we strive to provide the tools and resources to support your success, we make no promises or guarantees of any kind regarding your results.
7. Responsibility. The Online Course is a rigorous immersion educational program. You are responsible for your experience and well-being while participating in the Online Course. You agree to support the training environment and contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone.

   7.1. The practice of meditation, inquiry and related techniques can produce non-ordinary states of awareness, and Online Course instructors and staff are not responsible for managing every student’s personal needs. The curriculum for the Online Course has been designed to create the optimal education for the majority of students, and your specific experiences may be different from others and different from your expectations.

   7.2. If you experience uncomfortable emotions, feelings, physical pain or discomfort, mental anxiety, stress, or depression you agree to seek professional assistance from a qualified therapist or medical practitioner outside of this program.

   7.3. The study of meditation involves exploring and discussing different belief systems. You agree to respect all the ideas and practices that are presented as part of the Online Course curriculum. Participating in this Online Course does not require or advise you to change your beliefs in any way.

   7.4. If you experience an extenuating life circumstance (ie; death in the family, job loss, natural disaster, etc) that requires you to discontinue or postpone your tuition requirements or course participation we require notice of the issue in writing to support@radiancesutras.com within seven days of the incident. The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation will then determine the most equitable and appropriate course of action in regards to your financial situation and participation ability. 

8. Site Terms of Use Modifications. Radiance Sutras School of Meditation may revise these Terms and Conditions for its Sites at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Sites after Radiance Sutras School of Meditation modifies this Agreement, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated version of this Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Radiance Sutras School of Meditation or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to view or use the materials or content on the Sites, even if Radiance Sutras School of Meditation has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 
10. Governing Law. Any claim relating to Radiance Sutras School of Meditation’s Sites shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that portion or provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effectuate the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.  Failure by Radiance Sutras School of Meditation to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
